Return Policy

You may return unworn, unwashed items within 15 days of purchase for a full refund of the price of the product.

All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. If we determine that your item has been washed or worn we reserve the right to deny your exchange and ship your item back to you. Items that smell of smoke, perfume or have pet hair on them will be not be accepted for return/exchange.

Clearance items and pre-order items are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges are allowed.

Items purchased at retail partners (i.e. Trailfitters) must be returned/exchanged to original location of purchase.

If you're shipping back an item, you should expect to receive your refund within one week of return. Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.  Items should be mailed to us at:
